full-content\">\r\n<p>Institute of Science Tokyo established the Core Facility Center (formerly the Open Facility Center) in April 2020 as an organization to oversee the development and utilization of shared research facilities. The Center is made up of all technical staff from the university.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe Center continues to make use of the characteristics of the University's initiatives for providing access to a variety of facilities. Simultaneously, it is efficiently managing and operating these facilities and is spearheading the planning and implementation of new research facilities.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nFurthermore, we are pursuing the training and certification of highly skilled technical personnel to support our research insfrastructure. We are taking a two-pronged approach\u2013\u2013upgrading our research facilities and developing the capabilities of our staff\u2013\u2013with the aim of becoming an organization that provides the latest research infrastructure. This web page introduces the various initiatives of the Center and provides information about the shared facilities. Additionally, the web page provides access to the utilization of the shared facilities. Since it is still under maintenance, each of the divisions has a contact point for the utilization of the shared facilities. However, we plan to incorporate everyone's opinions and establish a unified and easy to use system in the future. Kindly look forward to the evolution of this web page and  anticipate the future activities of the Core Facility Center.<\/p>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><b>Core Facility Center<\/b><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div id=\"about\" class=\"list-content\">\r\n<h2 class=\"title\">About Core Facility Center<\/h2>\r\n<div class=\"inner-content full-content\">In April 2020, the Core Facility Center (formerly the Open Facility Center) was established at the  Institute of Science Tokyo (formerly Tokyo Institute of Technology) as the core facility for overseeing the office after the former Technical Division was dissolved to make way for reforms. It will act as the cornerstone of strategic research infrastructure management at the University.<br \/>\r\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/cfc_org_e.png\"><img decoding=\"async\"
