\r\nAs a result of the change in affiliated school\/research institute from 2025, both the budget name and budget manager may remain the same, but the budget detail code may change <\/strong>(mainly corporate operating expenses, part of operating expense subsidies, etc.). We would like to inform you of how to handle this in the Integrated Facility Sharing System.

\r\n[Handling in the Integrated Facility Sharing System]<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

– The contract department will change the payment budget information for March usage to the 2025 budget and process it, so there is no need to change the 2024 budget information (mainly corporate operating expenses<\/span>).<\/p>\r\n

– For April usage, you will need to select the new fiscal year (2025) budget (if the 2024 budget has already been registered, you will need to change it later).<\/p>\r\n

– For budget information where only the budget detail code will change in 2025, if the budget name is the same but only the budget detail code is different, the system will update the registration of the budget execution supporter and budget user in sequence.
\r\nIf you do not need to update the budget execution supporter and budget user to the new budget information, please let us know.
\r\nFor budget information with different budget names other than those mentioned above, they will be treated as separate budgets in the Integrated Facility Sharing System, so you will need to register the budget execution supporter and budget user again.
