Notice regarding processing schedule for January 2025

2025年1月は、休日が続くため、通常の処理日程を以下のように変更いたします。
12月利用分の実績登録は極力年内(12月27日まで)に完了してください。
・実績登録･修正期間　1/1(水) ~ 1/5(日) ⇒ 1/1(水) ~ 1/10(金)
・予算確認･変更期間　1/6(月) ~ 1/12(日) ⇒ 1/11(土) ~ 1/17(金)
※処理日程変更に伴い利用実績予算確認通知は、1/11(土) 9時ごろに配信されます。

Due to consecutive holidays in January 2025, the normal processing schedule will be changed as follows.

For equipment usage in December, please complete actual registration before the end of the year (by December 27th) if possible.

– Actual registration and correction period: 1/1 (Wed) ~ 1/5 (Sun) ⇒ 1/1 (Wed) ~ 1/10 (Fri)

– Budget confirmation and change period: 1/6 (Mon) ~ 1/12 (Sun) ⇒ 1/11 (Sat) ~ 1/17 (Fri)

* Due to the change in the processing schedule, the usage budget confirmation notification will be sent around 9:00 on 1/11 (Sat).
