統合設備共用システム利用者各位
下記の日時・内容にて統合設備共用システムのメンテナンスを行います。
■日時
2025年5月1日（木）00:00 ～ 5月2日（金）18:00
■内容
統合設備共用システムのプラットフォームであるServiceNowの現行バージョンのサポート終了に伴うバージョンアップを予定しています。
■備考
システムメンテナンス中は予約を含むシステムへのアクセスが一切出来なくなります。
これに伴い、5/1~5/5の利用実績登録･修正期間および5/6~5/12の利用実績確認･予算変更期間を以下に日程変更いたします。
　・利用実績登録･修正期間：5/2(金)*~5/9(金)（*メンテナンス終了後）
　・利用実績確認･予算変更期間：5/10(土)~5/15(木)
日程変更に伴い、利用実績確認･予算変更の通知メールは、5月10日に配信されますので、ご承知おきください。
また、メンテナンス期間中に設備の利用はできますがその際の予約はメンテナンス時間前に行い、利用実績登録はメンテナンス時間後にお願いします。ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどお願いいたします。

All users of Integrated Facility Sharing System,
We will be conducting maintenance on the Integrated Facility Sharing System on the following dates and with the following contents.
■Date of Suspension
May 1, 2025 (Thu.) 00:00 – May 2 (Fri.) 18:00

■ Contents
Due to the end of support for the current version, we are planning to upgrade ServiceNow, the platform for the Integrated Facility Sharing System.

■ Remarks
During the system maintenance, all access to the system including reservations will be unavailable.

Due to this, the dates for the usage record registration & correction period from 5/1 to 5/5 and the usage record confirmation & budget change period from 5/6 to 5/12 will be changed as follows.
　- Usage record registration & correction period: 5/2 (Fri)* to 5/9 (Fri)  (*after maintenance)
　- Usage record confirmation & budget change period: 5/10 (Sat) to 5/15 (Thu)
Please note that due to this change, emails notifying you of usage record confirmation and budget changes will be sent out on May 10th.

If you wish to use the facilities during the maintenance time, please make a reservation before the maintenance time, and register your actual use after the maintenance time.
