Due to the end of support for the current version, we are planning to upgrade ServiceNow, the platform for the Integrated Facility Sharing System.
■ Remarks During the system maintenance, all access to the system including reservations will be unavailable. Please note that due to this, emails notifying you of results confirmation and budget changes on November 6th will be sent on the night of November 7th after maintenance is completed. If you wish to use the facilities during the maintenance time, please make a reservation before the maintenance time, and register your actual use after the maintenance time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
