Equipment sharing promotion group
It is under the auspices of the Open Facility Center, which was inaugurated in April 2020. Its mission is to promote the sharing of research facilities, devices, and equipment owned by the University among researchers both within and outside the University, Additionally, it seeks to provide a fulfilling research environment.
Work Description
When the Head of a department wishes to use a facility, the Shared Facility Promotion Group, after selecting the research facility, device, or equipment to be shared, applies to the University President for authorization via the Head of the Open Facility Center, using the application format set forth separately. The Shared Facility Promotion Group handles the following:
1. Sharing plan for shared facilities and sharing formats,
2. The usage fees and payment method
3. Addition / change of shared equipment
4. Other required items relating to use of shared facilities
