This department technically supports various educational and research bases at our university. Currently supported facilities include safety management room, RI facility, accelerator experiment facility, microwave plasma generation laboratory, satellite communication facility, on-campus facility such as liquefied helium, civil engineering / building experiment factory, and image measurement. There are fluid laboratories, etc. The work content is also diverse, including research and technical support, safety education, safety and health management, and maintenance and management of large testing machines.
It provides high-level and reliable technology appropriate for the fields of research and education by leveraging experience and knowledge in areas such as the handling of high-pressure gases, handling of radiation, cranes and slinging work, health and safety, handling of dangerous goods, machine tools, satellite communication technology, low temperature technology, image processing measurement technology, sample analysis, wood processing, and gas welding.
The department maintains close communication in order to exchange information and aims to always maintain relationships of trust among its members. The people at the Safety and Radiation Management Division would like to be the division that is closest to research activities at the University and would like you to expect good things from them.
