Notice regarding processing schedule for July 2026

2026年7月は、メンテナンスによるシステム停止があるため、通常の処理日程を以下のように変更いたします。
・実績登録･修正期間　7/1(水) ~ 7/5(日) ⇒ 7/1(水) ~ 7/5(日)17:00
・予算確認･変更期間　7/6(月) ~ 7/12(日) ⇒ 7/8(水) ~ 7/14(火)
※処理日程変更に伴い利用実績予算確認通知は、7/8(水) 9時ごろに配信されます。

Due to a system outage for maintenance in July 2026, we will be adjusting our regular processing schedule as follows.

– Actual registration and correction period: 7/1 (Thu) ~ 7/5 (Sun) ⇒ 7/1 (Wed) ~ 7/5 (Sun)5:00pm

– Budget confirmation and change period: 7/6 (Mon) ~ 7/12 (Sun) ⇒ 7/8 (Wed) ~ 7/14 (tue)

* Due to the change in the processing schedule, the usage budget confirmation notification will be sent around 9:00 on 7/8 (Wed).
