★Integrated Facility Sharing System web site is now open!

Starting April 2023, the reservation and billing procedures for research facilities owned by the Open Facility Center (OFC) (Design and Manufacturing Division, Material Analysis Division and Facility Station) will be switched to the Integrated Facilities Sharing System ("Integrated System").予約・課金手続は統合設備共用システム（以下「統合システム」）に切り替わります。
The features of the Integrated System include,
The system allows users to check the reservation status of facilities on the website, and to request consultations, courses, and operations, such as self-use applications and advance meetings.
The system is linked to the goods billing system, so users can specify budget information in the system and start making reservations and applications on the day user registration is completed.
Users can also check their usage details and change their budget numbers online for smooth billing procedures.This system is easier to use, as it eliminates the need to make reservations while checking with the department that owns the facility.
In conjunction with the system switchover, we are pleased to announce the opening of the integrated system page, which includes user registration procedures and user instruction guides. (In addition to the link below, the page is also linked from the OFC top page.)
