延期しました緊急メンテナンスの日程が確定しましたので、お知らせいたします。
利用者への影響が少ない大学一斉休業日の8/13(水)の14:00~15:00に実施予定です。

[Urgent maintenance schedule confirmed]
We would like to inform you that the date for the postponed emergency maintenance has been confirmed.
It will be carried out on Wednesday, August 13th, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, a university-wide holiday when the impact on users will be minimal.

統合設備共用システム利用者各位
下記の日時・内容にて統合設備共用システムの緊急メンテナンスを行いますので、お知らせいたします。
■日時
2025年8月13日 (水) 14:00 ~ 15:00（約1時間）
■内容
操作に関する不具合の修正
なお、本日よりslack及びCFCのウェブサイト掲示板にて告知し、ServiceNow画面上にてメンテナンス日時の通知を行います。
■備考
システムメンテナンス中は予約含むアクセスが一切出来なくなります。
上記期間に予約する場合はメンテナンス開始時刻までに行い、利用実績登録はメンテナンス終了時刻後にお願いします。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力を何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

We would like to inform you that we will perform urgent maintenance on the Integrated Facilities Sharing System on the following date, time and content.
■Date of Suspension
August 13, 2025 (Thursday) 14:00 – 15:00 (around 1 hour)
■ Contents
Fixed bugs related to operation.
Starting today, the maintenance date and time will be announced on slack and the CFC website bulletin board, and a notification will be posted on the ServiceNow screen.
■ Remarks
During the system maintenance, all access, including reservations, will be unavailable.
If you wish to make a reservation during the above period, please do so by the maintenance start time, and register your actual usage after the maintenance end time.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
