Ookayama S7 usage fee will be calculated based on the "Liquid nitrogen filling request form" and will be transferred quarterly (3 months) from the expenses designated by the laboratory.
* From the 2025 fiscal year, billing notifications will be sent one month after the collection month. (See table below)
| 1st quarter (Apr. ~ June) | Collect the data in July and notify the laboratory in August. |
| 2nd quarter (July ~ Sept.) | Collect the data in October and notify the laboratory in November. |
| 3rd quarter (Oct. ~ Dec.) | Collect the data in January and notify the laboratory in February. |
| 4th quarter (Jan. ~ Mar.) |
In April（next fiscal year）collect the data and notify the laboratory in May. |
After confirming the details, we will process the transfer from the specified budget.
1st to 3rd quarter from this year's budget,
The fourth quarter will be transferred from the next fiscal year's budget.
* In principle, the usage fee for the fourth quarter (January to March) will be corporate operating expenses for the following fiscal year.
