ICP質量分析装置（パーキンエルマージャパン ELAN-DRC-e）

 

装置仕様

　質量分析計： 四重極型質量分析計
　質量範囲： 1～270amu
　サンプリングインターフェース：Ni,Pt
　検出器： ２ステージディスクリート型
　イオン源： Arプラズマ（ICP)
　サンプル導入量： 2ml～


　原理

高温状態のアルゴンプラズマ（ICP）中にネブライザーにより霧化された試料溶液を導入し、プラズマの熱で試料中の元素をイオン化します。

サンプリングインターフェースを通して質量分析計に導入されたイオンは質量選別され、既知試料のイオン強度と比較する事で元素の定性と定量を行います。

 

この装置を使ってできること
　液体試料全般、酸、塩基等の液体試料中の多くの元素（72元素）の定性定量測定
　固体試料の場合は溶液化前処理作業を行う事で対応可
