Usage steps

	For inquiries regarding the Integrated Facilities Sharing system, please contact:

・Our services include both request-analysis and self-use options (self- use not yet available for all equipment).
・To use the equipment by yourself, you must first complete a license training course.
・依頼分析、ライセンス講習およびセルフ利用は有料となります。
　→2025年4月1日に料金表を改定しました。(Fee (on-campus only))
・Announcements regarding device maintenance and troubleshooting will be made on our website or the Integrated Facilities Sharing system website.
・For inquiries or consultation regarding your analysis needs, please contact us through the Integrated Facilities Sharing system or our department's inquiry window.

Request-Analysis Usage(User Manual（Japanese-English))

1. Download and fill out the application form from the application form list on our department's website
2. 統合システムから依頼を申し込む(その際、1の申込書を添付する）→Device search(Suzukakedai)
3. Meeting with in charge person (determining whether measurement is possible and handing over the sample)
4. Measurement
5. Report results

Self-Use Usage(User Manual（Japanese-English))

1. Download and fill out the application form from the application form list on our department's website
2. Apply for a license training course from the Integrated Facilities Sharing system (attach the application form)
3. Meeting with in charge person (schedule adjustment, etc.)
4. A license will be issued by in charge person
5. After registering as a self-user by in charge person, you can make reservation

If you have previously taken a license training course, please let the person in charge know.

Operation of the equipment is restricted to those who have completed the license training course.
The user's laboratory will be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing equipment damaged due to the user's negligence or misuse.
Please be sure to register self-use result after using the self-use.
Some equipment is not available for self-use on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Billing

・To make a reservation using the Integrated Facilities Sharing system, you must register your budget information in advance.

・You can check your usage charges and statements on the Integrated Facilities Sharing system.
